Liftoff makes the list for a third year in a row

For the third year in a row, Liftoff has been named one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces for 2019, the publication’s fourth annual ranking in the fast-growing private company sector.

Part of a prominent inc.com feature, the award is the result of a wide-ranging and comprehensive measurement of private American companies. Inc. Magazine asked 139,251 employees around the country to rate their workplaces on based on perks like paternity leave, unlimited vacation, paid sabbaticals, profit sharing, and more.

Employees from nearly 2,000 companies of all sizes and industries took part in a survey, conducted by Omaha’s Quantum Workplace, on topics including trust, management effectiveness, perks, and confidence in the future. Inc. gathered, analyzed, and audited the data. Quantum then ranked all the employers using a composite score of survey results.

What does it take to become a company that workers want to be part of? Inc. Magazine says it’s more than good pay and good perks – it’s also about having a clear purpose, a sense of humor, and leadership that makes them all work together. Liftoff definitely embodies the themes found across the winning companies including a strong company culture, engaging staff, and excellent individual and team performance.

Liftoff is once again honored to be named on the Inc. Best Workplaces list… oh yeah, and we’re hiring.
